Vlookup formulae

To use the vlookup for formula you type =VLOOKUP (double click) the select the box you want the numbers to change in the type a comma the select the data needed then comma then 2 then a close bracket and simply at the end press enter

Be careful on what your asking

What if your person eats junk all day and thinks oh well i can have 2100 calories worth of crisps and pizza NO it should not be like that it has to be 2000 calories of A combination of everything in the food pyramid not just one.

How to help someone to get fitter or even gain weight :O

An active adult should have 2100 calories (Male)/ 2000 calories (Female)
An moderate adult should have 1800 calories/1768 calories
An unactive adult should have 1500 calories/1436 calories

An under weight adult should have 2000 calories a day male or female
an normal weight adult should have 1800 calories
an overweight adult should have 1500 calories
an obese adult should have 1300-1400 calories MAX

BMR calculations

This is the method I used to calculate a female and a males BMR
    BMR = 10 * weight(kg) + 6.25 * height(cm) - 5 * age(y) + 5         (man)
    BMR = 10 * weight(kg) + 6.25 * height(cm) - 5 * age(y) - 161     (woman)

Drop down list

This is my drop down list i have used this succesfully to give people an option to choose for the questions i asked the to make this drop down list I has to write down all my data go to the data tab in excel choose data validation then choose list and selected the data i wanted then pressed ok and it was on my list. :)
